Although it would not have been my first choice to take a course like this online, I quickly adjusted and it would encourage me to look into other online courses. I felt it was easier to fit into my day, easy to log on to,no travel involved.
It worked very well, it was very accessible and convenient - apart from a couple of evenings I had difficulties with broadband. The back up resources were very prompt and worked well during the week to support the practice development.
I was happy to do it on line, now twice. Specially in these times a great support for the time we are living in. Would be interesting to do it once in person within a group.
I find it very practical, staying at home and being able to join in while sitting in your comfortable chair.
Using zoom is pretty good although nothing beats doing the course at 'The Bamboo Loft',and the personal touch. I think it’s easier for me to open up and discuss things in the face to face class than on zoom.
I think given the resources we all have during these difficult times it was all good and if anyone commented on quality you had it sorted for next time, like everything its difficult to please everyone. For me all was great.

I recommend iRest highly to others. I feel calmer and more accepting of myself. I notice I am beginning to pause instead of reacting immediately to events, allowing myself to get a better perspective. The audio recordings are amazing for relaxing and sleep. Excellent tutor and supportive group.
Yes - any practice that can help to improve the mental health, relaxation and stress reduction is to be recommended. The resources available each week were great especially delivered by Whats app which meant that they were always there on the phone when needed, wherever the user is or whatever the time. The online approach means that it is accessible to anyone in any location also which is really good.
