The Introduction to Yoga class lasts around an hour and will gently introduce you to the practice of yoga, guiding you through some basic positions and circular breathing techniques.

The yoga class has various stages; the flow of the movements, the breathing and of course the relaxation/meditation exercises are all-important. You will warm up with deep breathing and gentle movements, then move through to a series of poses, which you hold for a few seconds to build your strength and balance.

The class usually ends with a guided meditation where you sit or lie comfortably and clear your mind. Classes are in the Bamboo Loft.
