Four Week Introduction to Meditation
Welcome to those new to meditation
This four week meditation course is ideal for those looking at starting a regular meditation practice. Throughout the course of the 4 weeks, we’ll explore various techniques to establish and use our breath to find focus and concentration.
Learning to meditate is for anyone who is new to mindfulness meditation, or would like to reconnect with and further develop their meditation practice. Suitable for those new meditation as well as those that already practice.
